The Role
- You will be the interface between the construction, operations and client teams - keeping them briefed on works that may impact their racks in a live DC during construction.
- Attend & lead project meetings ensuring clear communication & follow-up on actions.
- Acting on behalf of the Client, you will monitor the performance of the Professional Team and Contractors, providing regular updates
- Prepare regular quality and progress reports, advising the Client on necessary decisions and securing required authorisations.
About You
- Excellent communication skills are essential along with solid engineering knowledge & confidence to explain engineering processes to stakeholders
- Previous Project Management experience on medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, professional teams and contractors.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
